Mugwort has been used to keep evil spirits at bay, to cleanse negative energy and was slipped into shoes to act against weariness in travel. Lavender's soothing comes forth from spaciousness this plant creates. California Poppy rounds the edges of sharp unconscious material we meet in dreams, allowing the dreamer a little ease.
